- We will collect your personal information directly from you except when:
- The information is contained in a public record or if you have made it public

- Otherwise permitted in terms of the applicable legislation.
- Consent can only be provided by a person older than 18 years.
- You may refuse the use of your data but are advised that failure to give consent for the use of your personal information may impact and restrict the assessment and approval of your request for assistance as we are unable to the merits and provide you with an opinion on the feasibility of legal proceedings.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

- The contract between us requires retention of your records
